With humble beginnings in 1992, Colourfast Custom Coatings Ltd. has developed from a small job shop in Concord, Ont., to an internationally renowned custom coating specialist. With an inventory of over 1,500 colours and finishes in powder coatings, Colourfast has the timely coating solution for any project.

In 2000, Colourfast achieved a significant milestone, becoming the first and only local independent powder coating facility with ISO Certification. As the standard for quality management and business practice, Colourfast made a substantial investment to its unequalled Quality Management System in order to obtain this prestigious landmark. We continue to maintain that celebrated level of quality and service, and we strive towards our ultimate goal as a leader of excellence in powder coating.
In 2017, Colourfast was awarded Top Shops, recognized by North American News – Products Finishing Association for excellence in finishing technology and practices, business strategy and human resources. In 2018, VP of Operations Marino Manzoli was awarded Top 40 Under 40 in North America by Products Finishing Association.

Flowing from the desire to be more environmentally responsible, Colourfast places powder coating at the core of its business. Powder coating is a high-grade paint product that is also protective of the environment. Traditional liquid finishes contain toxic solvents that are comprised of pollutants known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Powder coating contains no solvents and releases negligible amounts, if any, VOCs into the atmosphere. Powder coating eliminates the need for finishers to buy pollution control equipment, substantially cutting costs and reducing the environmental impact created by other paint products.
Over the past 30 years, one of the major elements in expanding the powder coating market has been the implementation of stringent air pollution control legislation. With that in mind, Colourfast continues to offer a premier finishing service that not only adds a strikingly bold and beautiful look, but also does so by eco-friendly means.
